Bayern dominated the game, but they missed many sitters.. Rooney as usual, was the first to score...2' Did Nani and Ribery wear Pink/Purple boots? Man U stopped attacking after the goal in the first half and Bayern had more possession. Was the Pitch slippery? The Playstation 3 ad banner was curved? ( Edit - It is curved ) 38' Big chance to make it two...Rooney misses. Prison Break was going on at the same time on Star World. 42' Another great save! |  |
If it was Almunia instead of Van Der Sar, score would have been 3-1 at halftime and 6-1 at fulltime to bayern.
Bayern Munich's manager made Lahm play Rm instead of his usual LM...Commentator - Quoting someone's quote " It's either my way or the highway!"

2' GOAL! ROONEY! One minute, four seconds on the clock and Rooney puts United into the lead! Nani's free-kick takes a deflection and with Demichelis slipping, Rooney is in acres of space to volley home his 34th goal of the season!
17' Nani picks up the pieces, jinking his wasy into the Bayern box... he shoots! But it's just wide of the mark and Butt doesn't have to make a save!
20' It opens up for Ribery a bit and he lets fly! But van der Sar is equal to it, holding on to his effort despite pressure from Olic!
